Online retailers can increase their sales and profits faster than a brick and mortar establishment because selling online offers the advantage of being open twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Selling online also allows retailers to sell their merchandise in any part of the world without additional expense.



The Covid 19 pandemic has forever changed online shopping behaviors. Online retailing is growing very fast now a days. After the pandemic consumers changed their shopping behavior and shift to online shopping. The pandemic has changed the way consumers use e-commerce and digital solutions. People are purchasing online because it gives better quality products at affordable price range. Price is one of the strongest factors influencing a consumer’s decision to purchase. E-commerce websites gives better offers and discounts as compare to physical store. Consumers easily compare products by price, reviews, and features and have become more clear in the product selection process. For almost all product categories, consumers prefer to shop online for greater variety, with online shopping, it’s easy for consumers to search for deals, join rewards programs, and get promotions sent right to their inboxes. Most of consumers would describe themselves as brand loyal. Consumers have turned to online retailers to explore their options. They can easily search their own brand and can do shopping.
